The reason why dave is not supported in windows 7 and 8 is,dave is a 8 bit game
developed using Intel Pentium based architecture. Since the architecture was changed from dual core
processors onward,a new OS had to be designed based on new architecture.This is the reason why dave

But now dosbox is capable of emulating the old environment.So now old games

2. Then you need dave game,get it below.
Download the game from below link:

4. After the installation is finished run dosBox as administrator.
5. Then type the following lines in that.
I assumed that the downloaded dave game is in D: drive.
mount c d:\
c:
cd dave
dave
That's all dave must run on windows 7 and windows 8.
